Shipping policy

No refunds or exchanges. All items are insured. We do our best to package our items safely and effectively, however, once they leave our site the shipping is beyond our control. Sometimes during shipping there may be mishaps. Please keep the item(s) as well as the protective packaging including bubble wrap, tissue and/or brown packing papers, cardboard etc as well as the box it was shipped in, in order to receive a refund from the carrier. Please email contact@fauxyoureyesonly.shop within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item with pictures of damaged item along with order number.
